Ka pēhea tō āwhina mai?

How can you help?

This project is seeking to understand how to make mobile health apps more appealing. The information from this project will be used to make this app better, as well as in my PhD dissertation, publications and conferences.

Before you start, you will be asked some question about your sleep and also your current wellbeing. You’ll be asked these questions every week for four weeks along with an opportunity to provide feedback. Your usage of the app will also be recorded. After four weeks you will be sent a questionnaire about your experiences. You may also be invited to be interviewed about your experience.

You can withdraw your participation at any time by closing and uninstalling the app. You can also request a copy of your data, or to have your data deleted through the app or by emailing the researcher. This must be done before [date]
